Do you have a friend who may be in trouble?
> Talk in private.
> Don't tell others without your friend's permission.
> Listen and believe your friend.
> Acknowledge feelings. 
> Let your friend know they are not alone.
> Tell your friend it is not her fault.
> Let friends make their own decisions.
> Help your friend make a safety plan.
> Give help. Know the resources in your community.
