 The 9th annual Jingle Bell Ball was held December 12, with all proceeds donated to United Family Services’ Shelter for Battered Women. At the end of the night, more than $11,900 was generated in support of UFS’ domestic violence services.

 United Family Services’ Holiday Store enabled mothers to find presents for their children and allowed children to give their mothers a special gift in return. Staff from Ryan Homes were among the many generous donors to this event.

 The Brothers of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated partnered with UFS to collect as many cellular phones as possible. In return for these cell phones, UFS receives a donation to be used to provide voice mail accounts and other services for victims of domestic violence.

 Young Connectors, a dynamic group of young people who engage in social activities while promoting the mission and programs of United Family Services (UFS), have fun at the Queen’s Cup.
